Mr AG MacEachern
Mr MacEachern trained in Sheffield, the South West region under Prof. Ling of the Exeter Hip Group and in Verona, Italy.
He was appointed as a Consultant at Torbay Hospital and Princess Elizabeth Orthopaedic Hospital Exeter in 1984. He advises the Health Care Commissoin and the Royal College of Surgeons, England in relations to patient complaints and questions related to poor surgical performance.
His contribution to orthopaedics has been nationally recognised by the grant of National Excellence award.
His interests include primary and complex primary joint replacement of hip and knee. He is also interested in the management of the young patient with an arthritic knee, including partial knee replacement, realignment procedures and arthroscopic knee surgery.
